It is slightly larger than you have mentioned, but it would work well to have a two sided fireplace between the greatroom and the screen porch. Another option would be to have a fireplace where the french doors are in the greatroom, but increase the windows at the sides, to make up for any loss of light. The B-1288 also could work, but it really is designed to have the greatroom on the front of the home. We could look at tweaking this is that plan works better for you.
