Posted by Jennifer Chmilar One feature we are hoping to incorporate is an interior/exterior 2-way fireplace with one side facing the living area and the other side to an exterior deck. We have a rear facing lot, and want bungalow with a vaulted ceiling and loft with an attached garage on the front. We are thinking approx 1200 - 1300 sq feet. Which plan would you suggest (if any) that could accomodate the fireplace? I took a look but am not sure which one would be best.

We love your plans and are in the early stages of planning a cottage on a recently purchaced lake lot.
