Posted by Rob Young The plan is question had extensive changes done to it that you could probably consider it to be a full custom home. I will send you the pdf files of the floor plans for you to look at as it is easier than trying to explain them all. In regards to using ICF construction, we can handle either change of reducing the interior space to accommodate the new wall thickness or adjust outwards as to not interfere with room sizes. It all depends on the plan. If it is a smaller plan and some areas are tight, we tend to adjust outwards. If the plan is quite spacious and we will only lose about 2-4 inches in a room, then we will bump the walls in. Let me know if you need more information on this. Rob Young
