We would like to purchase the GS594 plan, but have a few questions still. What is the roof height in the studio upstairs.We would like it left unfinished upstairs, our local building dept. will give us a hard time if we put plumbing in. We just want it for storage and exercise space.Also we would like plan reversed so we can attach a breezeway on that side so will not need balcony.Are these changes going to be very time consuming and add alot of cost to the plan price? We are so excited we found this plan- it matches our existing house perfectly.
