Hi Rob, We have a sloping lake lot and think this plan would work well for us. We were wondering about a couple of modifications.
1. Could the front (patio) bedroom be extended to be paralell with the great room wall making it a bit larger?
2. Could the position of the kitchen and dining areas be switch? Has this ever been done?
3. We will need a walk out basement. Do you have any photos of how this looks?
Finally, what is your opinion of how modifications 1& 2 would look and function?
