Posted by Pat Ryan Thanks for chatting on the phone about our possible modifications to the F or E series design. I thought I'd post a note here as well in case anyone else has any pictures or info to share. We like the F or FG 2072 plan but want to knock off the 2 extra bedrooms to decrease the bungalow's main floor square footage. Our yard site will allow for a walkout basement and we will put the 2 bedrooms there. I am reviewing all posting to date for information. In particular, we would love to hear from people who have done either the E or F series with a walkout and possibly with less main floor bedrooms but larger master and living space. Looking forward to your suggestions after you review the specs that I provided by email. Pat
