I'd like to find out what's involved in making the following changes to the C1884. I have it modeled on Home Designer Suite if some drawings would help...
1) Move the screen porch to the Great Room side, with a double door replacing the windows there
2) Make the Kitchen a U-shaped kitchen with cabinets along the wall where the screen porch door is on the existing plan
3) Extend the front roofline down to have a full width covered porch on the front
4) Change the stairway to go up starting in the Dining area rather than the Foyer
1) Upper staircase landing above the foyer, under a dormer identical to the back dormer
2) Master Bedroom replaces the Loft
3) Large Master Bath and Master Closet over Kitchen and Laundry
4) Second bedroom/office and bath over Great Room
