Posted by Rob Young This plan is offered with a stair, it is our B-1106 model. These two plans are basically the same other than the 1106 is 2 feet deeper to accommodate the stairs. The screen porch is also bumped out on this plan to show a little variation, but we can easily scale it back if you require. Rob Young
