Looking at the f1463 attic space, we are wondering how useable that might be. Could the attic space be used as closet space or a small bathroom? What are the interior dimensions on each side? Do you have a schematic you could send us that would show a cross section of that area? We really love your plans and are trying to find the one that we think will best fit our budget and property.
