I would recommended to new builders that they spending the extra dollars in the planning stage to ensure that the plans reflect exactly what you are about to build. Trying to make on site changes with framers, truss manufactures, and trades people will cost a lot of money. The old adage of having everyone on the same page is very important on the construction of a new home.
