We love your plans and are considering building the B2186 on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. We have one question about the loft area...Can the vaulted ceilings be eliminated to make for a full second story? We would like to build a house with an unfinished second story for future expansion into kids bedrooms, playroom etc. If this is possbile, what would the ceiling heights be?
