The house is modified from the E-1681 to 2020 square feet with a detached 3-car garage on 6 acres listing for $900,000.00 on the 26th of February. It is located in Woodinville Washington. After buying the plans from Robinson I hired a local architect who married them with local code and engineering. A very good experience as Robinson worked directly with the local architect to get it done.
