Posted by Rob Young on 2/7/2006, 6:20 pm, in reply to "I-2788 Modifications" Thank you for contacting us regarding our I-Series plans. Although they are only about a year old, they are quickly becoming our most popular seller. In regards to your questions about the garage studio, I have e-mailed you directly with a couple of questions of my own to give me a better understanding of what specifically you want the final layout to look like as we currently don't offer this as a stock plan. But in case there are others out there with the same concern, we will be able to add a third bay to our GS-776 and hopefully get enough space in the attic for a bedroom. We have issued several of this series as a walk-out and they are all at the framing stage right now, so hopefully in the next few months we will have photos to share with you. The ceiling height upstairs vary due to the different framing techniques we have used on this plan. In the family room, the ceiling starts at the side walls at 7'-8" and curves up to the middle at 9'-8". In the bedrooms, the ceiling starts at 8'-1" and slopes up to 10'-8". The lowest wall height in the bedroom is 7'-8" and that is at the walls of the bump out on either side of the dormer (in the closet and on the other side of the window). I hope this helps you out a bit and I look forward to seeing your comments about the garage studio. Regards, Rob Young
