Hi, John, my husband and I recently purchased land in Virginia that slopes to the water. Your I Series is just what we want to build, with all the important rooms facing the water. It's the old shingle/cottage style we love with the modern conveniences and open floor plan we need. We love it! We do have a few clarifying questions for you.
2. Since our lot is sloped, we'll have a walk-out basement. I'm curious as to how the back portch will look with a walk-out below. Have you had anyone do this or do you have a rendering for this yet?
3. What are the ceiling heights of the upper bedrooms and baths, especially towards the dormer ends?
4. Like others on this message board, we can't wait to see the interior cieling effect of the Great Room.
