Posted by John This plan has a ht of 27'-1" from the top of the subfloor to the top of the roof ridge. You will need to add whatever distance you see your main floor above the finished grade. The floor framing takes up a minimun of 13", and you normally would have 8" clear at least from the underside of the floor framing to the fin grade. I hope this meets your requirements. Thanks, John
