We're building a modified F-1463 - the modifcations were adding two berooms to the 2nd floor on each side of the loft and adding a second bath behind the bedroom on the 1st floor. Its weather tight and should be complete in March/April 2006. We are 60 miles south of Buffalo NY. I can always send you some pictures.
They really are a great design!
