Posted by John I am thinking that the GG series would be the best plan to work with. It comes in two different sizes, depending on your spatial requirements. In this case the veranda adjacent to the screen door could be cut in half horizontally, leaving a 6' covered veranda, and a 6'x12' vestibule. This would be the front door. The mud room entry in the garage could be enlarged to get more space for the activies that you would like to do there. The screen porch could be converted to a den space which would be 12'-4"x11'-4". The solariun could be added in front of the livingroom, which is now a covered veranda. This would still leave a small covered area in front of the diningroom windows. We could look into making changes in the kitchen area to accommodate a walk-in pantry. The daylight basement is no problem, once we know the slopes of your site, and what you would like to include there. Please let us know if you have any questions with this description, and would like more information. We can offer you an estimate of the hours that would be required for the customization once we know the extent of the changes. Thanks, John Robinson

Hi Janet:
You raise an interesting question. I have looked at the various plans that we have. We have put air lock entrys into quite a few of the plans that we have done where customization has been involved. Most of our doors into the homes have verandas, screen porches or canopies over the door, so it is quite simple sometimes simply to enclose them.
