What's going on with Cascada's "Faded"

It seems that not many stores (internet) have "Faded" in stock and those who do have jacked up the price and put weeks long waiting periods on the orders. Tower.com is selling it for $10.99 ($6.98 is reg price) and there is only one seller on Amazon and his price is over $100. Did Robbins just not make enough copies so it's rare?
