Some record companies (not Robbins though) charge $5.99 on iTunes for 13-15 mixes and $7.99 for 20 remixes of the same single. Those companies I praise. Sure, each mix is sold at 99 cents individually but volume discounts do exist with them!
Now I'd say that much much better than $10 for 10 remixes.
The day that digital is consistently more costly than physical is the day you can start cringing about P2P again. And this time the RIAA (and the respective associations in other nations) along with the federal governments will not be able to bail you out with legislation and lawsuits.
There's a reason why FREE is a commonly supported theme globally.
You can steal the song but you can't steal the outwork. Yes, there are many people out there who still want the artwork and the credits
but digital should be dirt cheap relative to physical.
I wonder what songs (if any) in the industry are priced at the low-tier of 69 CENTS!
