...I have to agree with most of the reviews on iTunes' pricing of the single at $9.99, and $1.29 for each song is a little much, but the new iTunes pricing has not changed people's mind about purchasing digital music. As a matter of fact, after the price increase, people have NOT been boycotting iTunes. There has actually been more downloads (more $1.29 downloads than $.99 downloads), and iTunes is now more profitable than before.
And yes, there were some outrage, but those has now subsided...And I thought it was great that Robbins has priced the digital single at $9.99. Hopefully that will make people purchase the CD, instead, and revive the CD single market like how the vinyl market has recently been revived...
