The tracklist has already been posted. XD Assuming it's the same as the UK version.
Anyway, yes, I've been to Best Buy and they have a nice Cascada selection. I've seen the EWT Album, PD Album, The Remix Album, and the WHTM single there as well, so I'm pretty sure the single as well as the album will be there the days of release.
And as for Target, I go there very often and they have completely removed all Cascada discs. Before I only saw the PD album but their music selection rarely changes except for new major artist albums and albums that contain #1 songs. I hate checking there now because it's all the same stuff.
