Don't expect to find any cd singles at Target as I don't believe they ever carried them from day one. As a matter of fact most music stores are cutting back on the number of cd's they carry. I've seen this in stores such as Walmart, Borders, Circuit City (they're gone now), K-Mart and of couse Target. The only store in my area that still carries a halfway decent selection is FYE but even they've closed a few of their stores. I usually purchase physical music online from Amazon or download music files from I-Tunes (which I prefer not to do if I can buy the physical cd).
