post surgery

Hi there, I had my cast taken off today. Still have a lot of "stuff" up my nose and can't breathe through the nostrils - is this normal? Also my doctor instructed me to continue to wear my plaster cast on my nose when I'm at home and when I sleep at night ... does anyone know how tight I should fix the cast back on; is this a usual practice? Thanks

dont make it to tight.. just make it comportable.. obvously just dont bang your nose to hard.. becarefull when bending over etc.. and yes its normal.. your a good week away from getting back to normal.
