I had a revision rhinoplasty with Dr Tabbal about 7 years ago. I wasn't happy with what he did right away, as I was very specific with how my nose looked before. I brought tons of photos that he didn't care to pay attention to. He changed the shape of my nose, including the tip. When I asked if he could fix it, he said it would be close to impossible as I had too much scar tissue now, but he was "sorry"--, yes, he didn't copy the photos. (He shrugged) It's much wider too. But now, several years later, I can't breathe, and my nose has collapsed a bit too.
I'm going to have to have my septum operated on soon, but at least that will be covered by insurance!
I have a friend who had a great experience with her first rhinoplasty with Tabbal, so I can't say it's not for everyone.
But I would shop around, and go to someone who paid more attention, and also see who had a nose I liked by a doctor that did the surgery. That's the best way. I wish I had done that!!
