Sure. LitB is very short. I actually read the first half twice. They say that novels teach you how to read them. I found that LitB was going down so easily that I was missing a lot. I went back and read it much more carefully. Even so, it did not take me long, and you KNOW I'm not a very fast reader.
I'm perhaps a third of the way through Framley Parsonage. I imagine you will be done long before me, but it hits the same notes of charm that the earlier Barsetshire novel do. It also feature many more guest appearances from earlier novels than Doctor Thorne.
