So, how do you plan to ring in the new year? Anything exciting?
We are just going out for dinner with a couple of friends.
Anyone who has a really cool new year's resolution?
Last year, my resolution was to minimize the money I spend on parking. I was supposed to do this by not agreeing to meetings in downtown and when downtown meetings were absolutely unavoidable, then arriving early to find a free parking spot and walking to the meeting. I wasn't very successful. I ended up paying at least a couple of hundred dollars just for parking. What a waste!
I couldn't do it but it was a cool and original resolution.
This year I am back to my usual "say 'no' more often, don't take on new projects, sleep less and work more, tidy up the basement and organize your life" stuff. Bo-ringgg!
