The results are below. Thank you all for voting so promptly. As you can see, 13 books received two votes or more. Rather than hold a runoff to kick one book out, I suggest that we just combine two of the shorter books into a single month. There seems to be agreement that we could combine the Booker winner The Sense of and Ending (176 pages) with The Mystery of Edwin Drood (239 pages). So that would leave the next two shortest books as The Tunnel (160 pages) and Recollections of Things to Come (299 pages)--two Spanish-language novels together.
Assuming this is likely to be acceptable, I'll go ahead and work out a draft schedule, but we can back up and make changes to the list or find other combinations if you have other suggestions.
