Not that this should override literary concerns, but I just checked Amazon US and CA. All three of the Carmen Boullosa books are available new or used in English from both sites at very reasonable prices. Elena Garro's book is about $30 new, and used copies are about half that, so it runs a little steep for some of us. Josefina Vicens's book is available used only, but the price isn't too high.
