Steven, please go ahead with the 10th anniversary thing, that will be wonderful. Sterling, who cares, just vote, we haven't read all of them either. This will be fun and interesting.
My answers to your questions, Steven, are the same as Guillermo's.
This summer (and hopefully in the future) I have time which I didn't for the past 5 years. So, I am really keen on making some of the promised upgrades to the site but, this time the problem is, I don't have the software, I have a new computer which doesn't have (cannot run) my previous web software. So, I am trying to obtain/learn a new software. This 10th anniversary list will be wonderful for a fresh-looking, more up-to-date site.
