: Laugh away, but you're going to miss out on: Wilhelm
: Mouser's Apprenticeship, The Markitties of O--,
: Wallenstein's Cat, and Also Meowed Zarathustra.
You made me burst my coffee on to the screen
That's so funny. Are these real books? Also Meowed Zarathustra?
This maybe a good time to reveal that I have a large collection of cat books. One of them is cat poetry. I thought they were real poems but no they are cat adaptations of famous poems, for instance:
Do not go Peaceable to That Damn Vet - Dylan Thomas
Kubla Kat - Samuel Taylor
Meow of Myself - Walt Whitman
The End of the Raven - Edgar Allan Poe
In Xanadu did Kubla Kat
A splendid sofa-bed decree
With silken cushions soft and fat
A perfect feline habitat
Set on a gilt settee.
Do I make a nuisance of myself?
Very well then I make a nuisance of myself,
(I am a cat, I possess an attitude.)
