It seems there could be some significance, but Iīm not sure what. I searched online and found the question had been asked on enotes.com, but to see the whole answer, you have to pay to join enotes, and I donīt care that much. I think you have to pay anyway. Maybe I should take another look.
I also found a website, 1369lightbulbs.com. It appears to be some political stuff. I just looked over the page, saw stuff about Obama, Glen Beck, and whatnot.
