Yes, this happens to all of us. In my case the browser is always open (as long as the computer is on) so I can recover what I typed by using the back button.
Steven, you must make a habit of clicking on your latest posting (to change its colour from "unread" to "read") that way, you will see that your message is not actually posted, then you will use the back arrow and post it.
