I'm really sorry I missed this gathering! Hopefully one day I will get to meet you guys. The only Read Lit person I have ever met (his name is Chris, as I recall, a friend of Lale's at one point) got a job with the US State Dept. soon after we met in early 2002, and I haven't heard from him since!
