Guillermo, we are all delighted that you had a good trip and visit to Ottawa. We certainly enjoyed out evening together at Sweetgrass. It really felt that we knew each other for a long time and it was like meeting an "old" friend.
Make sure you get invited next year to the course again. There are more interesting restaurants in Ottawa to explore.
