I suppose most of you know that Midnight's Children was selected as the best of the first 25 winners of the prize the last time they did this "Booker of Booker" thing. I guess by including a couple ealier winners in this six, they are leaving room for reconsideration. MC is the only one of these I've read. I liked it pretty well. It reminded me in different ways of both One Hundred Years of Solitude and Love in the Time of Cholera.
