Thanks Sterling, and thanks to everyone else who supported my futile anger. It's a real shame for that review by a guy who apparently hasn't read the book very well if at all to be one of the top reviews and perhaps influencing people. I read something recently about the amazon top reviewers and how they form a sort of community that supports itself, giving each other positive feedback. I must have read that on Slate.
