Just a thought, the USSSA site has the triple elimination tournament listed as a October 31-November 1 tournament. I'm afraid that if the turnout isn't above 10, Charlie will run the tournament until midnite Saturday to finish (similar to the Fall state). There should be a cut off Saturday due to the holiday. Players have families and children and are more apt to not play on Halloween because of late games. Let's cater to the teams and players for once, have a definite schedule, and have a great turnout and great tournament. If this is the case, the team I play on will participate. The players make these events. I feel that is why tournament participation is way down from 5-10 years ago. The State tournament is down about 50-60%. We can do better.
