Predictions - amazingly close - not this time! +TT Legends notes

So, nobody fancied Kawasaki to win! Does anyone know what finally broke the deadlock and let them get away from SERT? What a race though - 12 hours of 3 bikes leading on the same lap and about 8 more with still 2 leaders on the same lap - when did that last happen? Plus a massive fight back to 3rd for YART and and another big fight back from BMW (electrical problem in the fuel system) that in the end faltered with another problem.
The Honda TT Legends Fireblade ran perfectly through the entire race apart from 2 minor breakages - a fairing bracket early in the race and the rear master cylinder mounting later. Fuel consumption was superb again and we stopped last as usual and got tested for just about everything including a strip of the entire fuel system and passed the lot. We had new tanks that had just arrived from Japan as the original ones will not fit with the Combined ABS. After fitting with Explosafe foam they were nowhere near 24L but we are hoping to get back up to full size for Qatar so that we can try to run 70 minute rotas again!
Just in case anyone is wondering we really did run the Combined ABS and it really was switched on! And we did not crash at any time in the event. The factory guy who invented and programmed it all has worked on it for years and it all culminated in him falling asleep while typing on his laptop just before the race ended! Photos were taken! If it's good enough for a sub-1 min 40 lap of Le Mans (courtesy of Cameron Donald) then it is hard to see how any magazine road tester can have the balls to say he can do better without it. It will surely save hundreds of riders lives, not to mention preventing injuries and damage to bikes.
