Details are still a bit sketchy and i can`t find a full results list yet. Here`s a few fragments from the Phase One Endurance Pit.
Phase one qualified 4th; Hugh Brasher started the race and held a safe 5th; running in 4th approaching the second hour Pete Linden suffered a front tyre punture, leading to a slow in lap, a premature stop and a total loss of approx four minutes on the race; Brasher out again for the third hour and recovered to 6th; by now at the half way point it was begining to turn to dusk, further problems with a rear sprocket; in hour five Brasher was second quickest on track in the dark; Linden fastest on track in the closing stages . . . . . . . .
