I see it bombing, myself, but it'll all depend on the weather. Magny Cours can be a cold, lonely Lunar outpost on the far galactic rim at this time of the year, whereas Le Mans at least has trees to shelter under.
The FSBK has a race in September at Le Mans, and last year the weather was "interesting".
I guess if they succeeded in abandoning Paul Ricard for Magny Cours and didn't go completely belly-up, anything is possible....
