The calendar is usually out at this time of year, typically just after the FIM congress.
Le Mans is usually the weekend after Easter, Unless Easter is early. Or late.
The Bol is usually the second weekend in September. Or the third.
Suzuka is almost always the last weekend in July. A week early and it's always wet.
Osch used to be August, now it's May.
Albacete can be any time between May and July.
Qatar is usually early November, but avoiding Armistice day.
And then there's the rumoured and hyped "tbc" races that appear and disappear like firewood on the Le Mans campsites. Anyone want to guess on Portimao or Donington for 2010?
The days of being able to guess the dates by spotting gaps in the MotoGP and SBK calendar are long gone, sadly. :o(
