I have a few pairs of new fibreglass waffle boards that will get you out of trouble when on mud. I just keep my pair in the back of the horsesbox and slip them under the wheels when it gets a bit struck. They are 1.4metres by 270mm and cost £65 a pair. ring 07813440931
