trying to get an address to send jerry a tune i wrote and performed(solo, and i'm really a bassist) originally i wanted to use a combo but it didn't happen,so armed with my weapon of choice,my "gut string"(only one i have other than my "fender bass")the tune is about "9/11(like 1000's have been inspired to write about) but after the session,for some reason the 1st thing that came to mind was if i got the nerve to send this to anyone,it would be jerry cause of the gut string guitar!!the tune is a ballad of my feelings as the events unfolded that day,combined with the feeling someone would have that lost someone in the attack!!its just what came out of me,and i went in cold and cut it and i'd love to send jerry a copy,as to turn the tables since i've enjoyed his great talent for years!!"8 more miles to louisville" still kills me to this day sonnn! regards george schroeder
