Don't know Richard. There was the bio book by Michael Stevens and there was that County Guitar Masters book (or something like that). Heard from Michael a while back I think he's been ill but I'll check back with him on the book. I have no clue what's going on with that other book. Seems to have disappeared. How's your health rick! Hope your're well!
