I saw this and knew that I had to respond. Richard is making progress 3-l/2 years after his stroke. He is still in rehab for speech, physical and occupational therapy. What a fighter he is. Reed is suffering from a rare type of parkinson's and stays to himself most of the time.
Richard's benefit was very successful and many old friends showed. GIFT (Giving in Faith Together) put the benefit together. They have monthly prayer meetings at Creative Workshop owned by Buzz Cason. Richard attends every first Tuesday. What a great bunch of old musicians.
I do not think that Richard is on RFD.
