I just want to say that I had the priviledge of seeing Mr. Reed in Oakman, Alabama at Old York back in 1999. What a great show and what a tremendous talent he is.
I have an autographed picture of him and to me it's priceless. I shook his hand and got to let him know how much I enjoy his talent.
I've lived in Jasper, Alabama since getting out of the Army in 1996 but I was born in Marietta, Georgia so, to know that this wonderful entertainer is from home makes it all the more special that I had the honor of seeing him perform and of meeting him. Heck of a nice guy.
