I attended a week long course entitled Schools Attuned which is based on the theory of Dr. Mel Levine. He is the author of several books including A Mind at a Time and The Myth of Laziness. Premise is that all children can succeed provided that we take into account the type of learner the child is and use their strengths to improve their weaknesses.
