I would highly recommend the AAC By the Bay Conference, hosted by The Bridge School in San Francisco. This year's focus is on writing and AAC, including enhancing learning opportunities for students with visual impairments. Please check out the following link to see the great line-up of presenters and topics. I presented at this conference 2 years ago and found it to be very well organized and informative.
