Pick a subject that you like or a hobby that you enjoy and talk about it. You would be surprised how easy it becomes once it is something you are familiar with. As to visual aids you can bring components, pictures, real objects,etc.. Are you a fan of video games - then you could discuss shortcuts, strategies, differences between X Box and whatever...
