Hi there. I have an old ticket and "Courtesy Missed Performance Card" to use for FESTEN for one best available seat--you would need to call the morning (they recommended at 10am) of the performance you want to attend to confirm that a seat is available and then pick it up a half-hour before the show in exchange for the card and old ticket. (My ticket was for an orchestra seat at an April show that I ended up not being able to attend, and I got the card figuring I could get to FESTEN on a future trip to NYC, but now it's CLOSING THIS SATURDAY 5/20 at 8pm!)
